A study of 500 small and medium-sized business owners said that four out of ten people believe that artificial intelligence will be used for cleaning the workplace, performing dangerous tasks and for entertainment.
43% believe that robots will put products on the shelves and produce products, and another 41% believe that they will completely change customer service.
Given rising energy prices, 41% also say they need to focus on renewable sources to power this technological advancement.
However, three-quarters believe it is hard to imagine what the workplace will look like in 13 years, as the future is likely to be very different from the present.
