SpaceX’s Starship Booster 7 booster unexpectedly exploded during its latest rocket tests, causing multiple fires on the launch pad.
On July 11, the Starship Booster 7 booster equipped with 33 Raptor rocket engines was being tested, but suddenly an explosion occurred. The fire started within 30 meters of the device and the launch pad and burned for 2 hours and was extinguished after 2 hours.
After the Super Heavy Booster 7 prototype exploded, Elon Musk responded on Twitter: “Yeah, actually not good. The team is assessing the damage”
