Uber Eats, the world leader in food and grocery delivery to homes and businesses, is introducing a new feature: delivery by autonomous robots.
Uber Eats has built two autonomous distribution stations in Los Angeles. The company will not only deliver by bicycle or scooter, but now robots will take over this task. The robots are owned by Serve Robotics and travel short distances and only on sidewalks, making contactless deliveries.
