To the delight of Elden Ring fans everywhere, FromSoftware's open-world juggernaut won the coveted Game of the Year award at this year's Game Awards. Game director Hidetaka Miyazaki gleefully took to the stage, only to be overshadowed by a random teenager who took the microphone to dedicate the award to his "reformed Orthodox rabbi Bill Clinton."

After the show, social media did what it does best and created dozens upon dozens of memes to truly drive home the absurdity of the situation. However, one Elden Ring fan wasn't content with just chuckling at all the jokes, and has taken it one step further by making that teenager's dream come true. In a video uploaded to their Twitter account, modder Arestame has shared a short clip of themselves running around The Lands Between as Bill Clinton.
The video shows the 42nd president of the United States exploring Limgrave, big wooden club in hand, before coming across a standard enemy. Clinton is then quickly dispatched - as the real life Bill Clinton probably would be in that situation - before the camera cuts to him face down in a dark, dank cave.
Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that this mod can be downloaded anywhere at the moment, although Arestame has created several mods in the past and shared them on Nexus Mods. For example, they uploaded an Elden Ring mod earlier this year that replaced certain bosses such as Melania and Radahn with characters from the popular anime One Piece. Hopefully, Arestame will give Elden Ring fans the chance to take Bill Clinton into The Lands Bewteen in the future.
In other FromSoftware news, the developer managed to surprise its fans before picking up its Game of the Year award with the announcement of Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon. Longtime fans of the series will be hoping the developer's increased popularity will put more eyes on the series, which does appear to be the case so far as Elden Ring and Dark Souls fans are currently flocking to the Armored Core subreddit in droves.
