What are the best locations to farm runes fast? i don't have too much time for grinding in Elden Ring. any suggestions?

Best early game farm location can be Lenne's Rise site of grace. There is a big rolling ball spawning down the way. you need to dodge it and see it fall down. It gives 2 k runes.
