i don't know if it's a bug but i can't summon spirits time to time. the icon greys out sometimes in the same area.

There is a known bug on this issue. Some players reported restarting their PC helped, but it didn't fix it completely for some other players. So we have to wait for a fix.
I also noticed that it started like midgame.
