I want to focus on 1 weapon in PVP and improve myself but don't know which one to use.

If you already have a build, then you should understand which weapon scales for your build.
Moonveil is a dex and int scale and rivers of blood is a dex and arcane scale. Both weapons are really powerful.
- Intelligence stat increases Moonveils damage
- Arcane Stat increases Rivers of Blood's bleed damage.
You have to pick one.
If you want to create new character then watch some videos to pick your side.
