The Hustle Weapon Runeword is just one of nearly 100 Runewords in Diablo II: Resurrected. These allow you to combine Normal-quality socketed gear with Runes to create amazing items for leveling, farming, and end-game play.

Strengths of the Hustle Runeword
Excellent bonuses to Attack Speed through three vectors
Fanaticism is a rare emanate, especially on a relatively inexpensive Runeword
Higher Attack Speed than any other melee weapon Runewords
3-socket Weapons are usually very easy to find
Weaknesses of the Hustle Runeword:
Weak for casters
May not be best choice for Bowazons given the alternative
The flat 30% Attack Speed bonus is the best guaranteed AS bonus of any melee weapon until Kingslayer at level 53. Unbending Will, an expensive Runeword with a hard-to-get 6-socket Sword limitation at 41 offers a range of 20-30% Attack Speed and much better enhanced damage and other abilities, but with a high limiting factor (weapon type and the 6-socket requirement).
What really shines here is the addition of the Level 1 Fanaticism. This aura is only available on a very few items in game, including the much-more-expensive Beast (level 63) and Faith level 65) Runewords. These Runewords offer Fanaticism at a much higher level, but with a huge Rune cost. While Level 1 may seem unimpressive at first, it increases Attack Speed by an additional 14%, increases your damage by 50% and your entire party's damage (including your Mercenary) by 25%, and gives an additional attack bonus of 40%.
While Hustle can be used in any weapon, including MIssile Weapons, it competes with the very similar Runeword Melody (Shael Ko Nef instead of Shael Ko Eld), also a Level 39 Runeword. The Enhanced Damage is much better with Hustle, but the +3 to Bow and Crossbow Skills with Melody probably won't make too many players change their strategies here.
