I have been waiting for a long time to upgrade my gpu. should I wait a little longer or just buy a gpu now?

That really depends on global semiconductor crisis. If China decides to go hard on Taiwanese chip manufacturers then we can forget about new GPUs in near future. prices may go crazy...
