According to Nvidia's website, they have support to the games on Steam only for now. 

there is a cloud gaming service called shadow.tech which provides star citizen but I heard it is not as good as geforce now. 

Another problem is that Star citizen is still early alpha, has lots of bugs, crashes, errors. thus makes it difficult to play in a streaming gaming service.
