I have a Logitech Bluetooth headset plugged into usb and for 2 days I have been hearing my voice as well as all the things picked up by my microphone in

I know that my headset is not the problem because by plugging it into another pc everything works fine.

I am on windows 10 and I have tested many techniques found on forums and others but nothing works any fix for this?
