Most players went back to DayZ or Arma 3 until Reforger gets a big update.

There are some mods to boost FPS but I don't know if there is any improvement visually. here is the mod.

Are you using a head tracker or web camera? check your game setting at the first menu of the game. and disable head tracking. that should solve it.

That really depends on how you are going to use the GPUs. If you just want to play games and use some GPU required basic programs, I'd say go for AMD....

For a new starter, I suggest you to avoid Orison. You can choose New Babage as your starting location or Hurston.
