Just bought the game and played a while. The game is slightly complex. What is the best skill to upgrade at the beginning of the game? any suggestion?

That depends on your playstyle but here's what I recommend:
- Good Business Sense
- Bulk Material Capacity
- Bucket Capacity
and if your doing crane work then Crane speed is good to have as well.
