I actually thought the game would have mods but It turned out there's no mod support. It looks like a mod friendly simulation game though.

Initially, you need to finish the campaign of the game. then you will be able to play in multiplayer.

You can try Firegraphics mod on Nexus. It makes the game more colorful.
