I liked the 'Capture & Hold' scenario. It is more action than Conflict. If you play with friends then Game master is fun.

You need a shield with "Parry" skill. When a boss attacks you, you need the press the button just the right time. It is one of the hardest thing to do...

do you have blastcore? There is not many graphic mods in Arma 3. I think because of the game engine.

I think you better play all classes and choose one that fits you. other than that it really depends on you play style.
