What is the best weapon and seal for faith build in Elden Ring? I need a weapon for that I can find just at start of the game.

You can get Cipher Pata early game which is a pure faith weapon. It is in Round Table. Just jump off the balcony and there should be a room left side where you will be invaded by a NPC.
For mid and late game:
Winged Scythe is great for STR Faith build. Another weapon I really like is Blasphemous Blade.
