The Galaxy M52 5G was one of the best Samsung M-series phones last year, and just six months later, Samsung has already launched its successor. However, the Galaxy M53 5G isn’t exactly a real upgrade when it comes to specs. While it replaces the M52’s 64MP main camera with a 108MP camera and adds a fourth rear camera, it features the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, which isn’t as powerful as the Snapdragon 778G chipset.
The Galaxy M52 5G is similar to the current mid-range hit, the A52s 5GTechnically and priced very well, but offers a slightly larger display and a battery with 500 mAh more capacity. Just like the A-series sister model, you can expect a crisp OLED panel that displays content particularly smoothly thanks to the 120 Hz refresh rate.
The upper mid-range processor Snapdragon 778G provides enough power to conjure up even more demanding apps and 3D games smoothly on the display. In addition, there is support for 5G mobile communications and current wireless interfaces such as Bluetooth 5 and Wi-Fi 6. The 5,000 mAh battery lasts well even after a day of intensive cell phone use. If you occasionally reach for your smartphone, it’s enough for two days.
We categorized every aspect of the phone and gave a star rating based on general price/ performance of the phone in this review.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is different from the Galaxy A52 however some characteristic features remain such as the entire plastic body and the photographic compartment very similar in design. What mainly changes is the rear finish, which is glossy instead of matte, and the dimensions, which are slightly larger due to an equally larger screen.
