I accidentally killed a pot then all pots got aggro on me so I killed all the pots.
now what? I didn't know that was an NPC.

You can try church of vows but I don't think there is a way to revive him. You may need to wait a patch.
You need to try to finish the game as it is then try not to kill him after ng+.
Note: you’ll need a celestial dew for Church of Wovs
