There is no crop rotation feature in FS 22 yet. There is a crop yield system with Precision Farming DLC.
There are tools and graphs like soil types, soil sampling, variable-rate fertilization, and economic analysis. It is actually a complex system with many real elements.
You just need to plant a crop according to the soil status of your field.
