The Lost Ark song system is an exciting shake-up of the genre, but one song is more coveted than the others by the players.

Requiem of Twilight is one of, if not the most sought-after song, outside of the essential ones like recall song. Due to its unique ability to build up rapport quickly, the song is vital to minimizing the grinding process that is building up rapport.

With so many characters, quests, and activities you have access to in the game, it’s easy to gloss over the small details. It’s highly likely that many players have already had the chance to pick up the Requiem of Twilight but failed to do so. If you’re one of them, don’t worry! You can still do a little backtracking and get it.

What Is the Requiem of Twilight in Lost Ark

The Requiem of Twilight is a song that explicitly builds up your rapport with most NPCs. You can use it up to three times per day on each character you want to build rapport points with.

To use it, choose it from your library of songs when first interacting with a “rapport-able” character. Combine the music with some gifts, and you will save time while building your rapport.

To get the Requiem of Twilight, you will have to do a little sea exploration. If you’ve not yet started your sailing adventures, keep in mind that some areas are inaccessible without proper ship management and upgrading.

How to get Requiem of Twilight in Lost Ark

The song is a special quest reward from Tranquil Island, which is located east of the Feiton region:

Keep in mind that Tranquil Island is an adventure island which means you have to keep your eyes on your Procyon’s Compass to see if it’s available. Additionally, you can check the alerts that tell you which events are starting in the next 10 minutes.

To get it, you must first speak to Father Diruth to start the quest called “Island of Eternal Rest.”

Upon starting the quest, complete the objective by placing the flowers on the gravestones. After that, collect your reward from Father Diruth.

The quest is easy to miss because Tranquil island is not the most famous and is also quite far from other important ones.

If you don’t want to take your time with it and want to get the rewards, here’s the fastest way to earn rapport points.

As we’ve mentioned in our rapport guide, there are multiple ways to earn rapport and plenty of characters to focus on. However, recently a Reddit user named Lobe_ did the math and figured out a new way to gain rapport fast.

The method takes advantage of buying gifts from wandering merchants. Wandering merchants are unique shopkeepers that spawn once every few hours. Each region has its merchants with its own spawn times.

For building rapport, the only thing that is of interest to us is the special rapport gifts the merchants are selling. Each gift costs 10.000 silver. For this example, let’s look at the merchant from Yudia called Lucas.

Lucas appears at 1:30, 4:30, 5:30, 7:30, 8:30, 11:30 (AM and PM) and sells the following items:

--Yudia Spellbook

--Yudia Natural Salt

--Sky Reflection Oil

What you need to do is visit Lucas three times per day and buy the items each time. We do this because we can only give rapport gifts to a character three times per day.

That means 90,000 silver per day. Even though that sounds like quite a lot, if you do this with multiple merchants every day, you can earn up to 18900 rapport per week.

This can significantly speed up the process with characters like Beatrice that require over 15,000 rapport per level.

Sometimes the merchants will also randomly have legendary rapport items. Be sure to grab them each time you see them.

Is Rapport Worth It in Lost Ark

Although it seems like rapport is not such an important feature, it definitely can be beneficial. It goes hand in hand with cards since some of the best sets are locked behind rapport. It is also an excellent source of earning a steady income of gold if you focus on the correct characters.

That being said, if you require silver or the rewards don’t interest you, there’s not much benefit other than the extra story you can get with some characters like Sasha or Eyalin.

Lost Ark is a game brimming with content, and rapport offers a different kind of adventure. It’s a nice and welcome break from slaying monsters and a more laid-back late-game system that can still provide solid rewards alongside some extra story content.
